All of our products are available on CDR-R as a Data Disk, this means that you can access the files using a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive on your computer.  Our products are not based in a format that can be accessed from a regular DVD player that is not controlled by a computer (at this time).  We use a custom designed Graphical User Interface (GUI) that is based off of the same properties as a web site to access your files.  This means that you can load the DVD into your computer, and access the file menu.html (start page name subject to change depending on future product development) from your preferred Internet Browser supporting cross platform compatibility.

By using your web browser to access the files, you can experience the same functionality on a Windows based PC, Mac, Linux and whatever other Operating System you have installed on your computer.  In some cases, especially with Windows Mobile specifically, you have the potential to copy the data to your portable phone and access your files that way.  This method provides the most effective way to deliver the best experience as we intended it, without constraints.  If you experience issues accessing your data, or have questions that are not answered here, then feel free to contact us using this email address:  support@thisisselling.com at your convenience.  We can usually respond to your issue within two business days at the most.

Software that may be required for installation is 3rd party products that are available free to you online.  We have chosen these formats for our files as they support multiple Operating Systems and will work on just about any computer you have.

Software Requirements/Compatibility:

1) Our custom GUI needs a web browser to display our standard product navigation template, compatible browsers are:

2) We create the audio and visual presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint 2003/2007 (2003 compatibility mode is used if using 2007).  This doesn't mean you have to be running Microsoft Windows to be able to use the product, nor do you have to own a copy of Microsoft PowerPoint to display the content.  Included on the disk is a free version (included into our product automatically from Microsoft PowerPoint) of Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer.  If you are using another operating system on your computer other than Windows, http://www.OpenOffice.org is a free and open source solution that offers a full office productivity suite that can be downloaded and installed on Linux, Windows, MAC, and even Solaris!  They have an equivalent product within the suite to PowerPoint that our products are compatible with.

3) We convert all documents that are not Microsoft PowerPoint based into Portable Document Format (PDF) (the file extension is .pdf).  This ensures cross platform compatibility with most operating systems and ensures that when you open the document you see it as we intended you to see it!  You can go here to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader at your convenience if you do not already have it installed on your computer:  http://get.adobe.com/reader/  - if this link does not work, please visit http://www.adobe.com and look for a link to download the latest version of their "reader".

Hardware Requirements:

The hardware requirements are very minimal, basically if you are able to read this page on your computer then you shouldn't really have any issues using our products.  You don't have to allocate any hard drive space as the product can be run (accessed) from your CD or DVD drive on your computer.  You will need a monitor to view the slideshows, and at least a keyboard (hopefully you also have a mouse) to be able to click through the slides.  Speakers and a simple (basic) audio card are required to be able to listen to the included audio that coincides with the slideshow.
