Now we come to what we see. Although phone sales void the ability to truly see and mirror body language, we do discuss how customers can read your body language over the phone. We teach you how to emulate eye contact while over the phone to create a sense of favorable body language. Included with that, we talk about the focus needed over the phone to imitate the behaviors of being face to face with a customer. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="left"> <span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial,sans-serif">For those of you that offer a more face to face relationship style sales presentation, this module is ideal for you. Success in sales depends on understanding human behavior, that which is spoken and unspoken. It’s a matter of knowing in which stage of the process your customer is. Are they deciding, judging, or thinking while they are listening? We teach you how to read them and check-in to confirm your interpretation. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px" align="left"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial,sans-serif">Likewise, we show you how to best present yourself in a face to face sales presentation to better give your customer a “comfort zone” in which to conduct business. We discuss that in order to display a positive image; you need to know how to sell your image from the initial hand shake to how to address multiple customers that you are presenting.
